An application to participate in the MSECC is required every two years and allows approved charities to participate in two campaign cycles. The 2025-2026 application period will be from January 1 – March 31, 2025. The MSECC offers a streamlined online application process. To complete the application on paper, contact msecc@oa.mo.gov.
If you completed an online application in 2023 (regular application) or 2024 (interim application), please sign in here with your MoLogin account to complete the current application. Be sure to save your application if you do not complete it in one sitting. You may continue to edit the application until it is submitted. If your organization’s MoLogin account is tied to an email address you no longer have access to, please contact msecc@oa.mo.gov before proceeding. If you are unsure what MoLogin account is tied to your organization’s previous application, please contact msecc@oa.mo.gov.
